These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bai999 ("bai999", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bai999 website located at bai999.bid and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, and all related payment and account management facilities.

By creating a bai999 account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bai999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

bai999 is an online entertainment platform targeting the Bangladesh market. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated summary, the English text shall prevail.

As used throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the bai999 platform, used to access games, manage funds, and receive promotions.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds as separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spin credit, or other incentive granted by bai999 to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bai999 prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal or upon review of an Account.
• "Platform" means the bai999 website at bai999.bid and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game integrations, and payment systems accessible by registered Players.
• "Real Money Funds" means BDT deposited directly by a Player via a supported payment method and held in the Player's Account as withdrawable funds, distinct from Bonus Funds.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bai999 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. bai999 uses technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bai999 may close all associated Accounts, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and forfeit Bonus Funds credited to those Accounts.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. bai999 is not liable for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals caused by inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

The bai999 Platform is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the bai999 Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. bai999 does not warrant that the Services are lawful in every jurisdiction, and Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own legal risk.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bai999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered Players from the Account security settings.

Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bai999 support immediately at [email protected]. bai999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account; however, bai999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of an Account where the Player has failed to maintain credential security or to report the compromise promptly.

bai999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bai999 immediately.

bai999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Players should consult the cashier section of their Account for the current list of available deposit options.

The minimum deposit amount on bai999 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Players, though bai999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to high-value deposits in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the Player's Account balance in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to appear in the Account balance. bai999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

All deposits are accepted and credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bai999 does not apply a currency conversion markup to standard BDT deposits. Deposits made from accounts denominated in a currency other than BDT may be subject to the conversion rates and fees of the sending financial institution, over which bai999 has no control.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bai999 Account are lawfully obtained and belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds derived from illegal activity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

bai999 is required to verify the identity of Players before processing a first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful KYC verification. bai999 aims to complete KYC reviews within two business days of receiving all required documentation.

Once approved, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are business-day estimates and do not include weekends or Bangladeshi public holidays.

bai999 applies a withdrawal-method-matching policy: the primary withdrawal method for a Player's Account must correspond to the payment method used for the majority of their deposits. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all Players.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw a balance that includes unwagered Bonus Funds may result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited and only the Real Money portion of the balance being released for withdrawal.

bai999 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

General bonus rules that apply to all bai999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

1. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
2. Bonuses may only be used in the games specified in the promotion terms. Use of bonus funds in ineligible games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
3. bai999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Player's Account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure to genuine game risk.
4. Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash prior to completion of wagering requirements.
5. bai999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

All casino games available on the bai999 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, table games, and virtual sports — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and provided in good faith based on the certified specifications of each game.

The rules of each individual game are governed by the rules published by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. All bets are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming a wager. bai999 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player.

bai999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or determined to have been subject to match manipulation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance. Winnings paid in error (including those resulting from software or pricing errors) may be recovered from the Player's Account balance.

Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be accepted up to the maximum payout amount only.

bai999 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. bai999 provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account dashboard:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
3. Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
4. Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, betting market, or cashier function.
5. Exploiting known software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
6. Engaging in any form of money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the bai999 Platform or its game engines.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing bai999 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
9. Making fraudulent deposits, filing unjustified chargebacks, or using stolen payment credentials.
10. Any conduct that bai999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, or operation of the Platform.

All content on the bai999 Platform — including but not limited to the bai999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bai999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any bai999 intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works based on any bai999 content without express prior written consent from bai999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bai999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the bai999 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if bai999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bai999's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

bai999 does not warrant that the Platform will operate free of interruption, error, or technical fault at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services. bai999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

bai999's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the bai999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand bai999's data practices.

bai999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bai999 will provide at least seven days' notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, notifying registered Players via their registered email address or an Account notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bai999 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through bai999 customer support shall be subject to the dispute resolution process set out by bai999, details of which are available on request from [email protected].

bai999 aims to resolve all Player complaints within ten business days of receipt. Players are encouraged to contact support in the first instance before escalating any dispute.
